Original Confederate CS Egg Style Buckle. This is a nice little buckle , when it was found it was bent in a couple places and was professionally straightened by my friend Robert Mc Daniel's. Also, I believe the hooks were added, which is almost always the case for this particular style of buckle . With all that said, it looks great and displays very well. You can see the CS from aross the room. I don't have the dig location on this one, but I suspect probably north Mississippi.
