This is a very rare and scare 1798 Colonial Drapped Bust Large Cent. This is the next die pattern after the Ultra rare Flowing hair pattern which is extremely pricey when you can find one. This one was dug in a Colonial house site in Virginia. The last picture is for size comparison to a modern penny and quarter . These early coins are hard to come by.
