What a neat little relic. This was Carved out of a 57 caliber Minie ball, dug in a Confederate Artillery Battery position on private land. I personally dug this one. Looks kinda like an acorn , with a loop made at the bottom, maybe for use as a necklace. But to be honest, who knows what it is, but it rates high on the cool scale or coolometer if that is even a word 🤔 😁...
