Very nice Field and Staff Officer's Sword scabbard throat and drag dug together in the 16th Louisiana Infantry camp at Shiloh on private property many years ago. I personally dug these and also dug an Officer's size solid cast brass hat number "6" about 10 feet from where I dug this throat and drag . The hat number "6" is for sale in the INSIGNIA SECTION of my site. Very nice display that has rock solid provenance .
